By using Quick Pay UG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app does
Quick Pay UG is a helper tool that can store frequently used merchant details (including optional location tags) and provide quick access to your payment flow. You are responsible for verifying merchant and amount details before completing any transaction.

- Ensure saved merchant details are correct.
- Confirm amount and recipient details before paying.
- Keep your phone secure (PIN/biometrics recommended).
5. Third‑party services
Payments are processed via third-party mobile money/telecom services. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for network issues, delays, failed transactions, or third‑party charges.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Pay UG and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
