Delete your Quick Pay UG account
Request deletion
In Quick Pay UG, open your Google account panel and tap Request account deletion. You can also email us from the Google account used to sign in.
Include the Google account email associated with Quick Pay UG and state that you request account deletion. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete the Firebase account’s synced saved merchants, recent payment-request history, preferences, and community merchant contributions. Other users’ contributions to the same merchant can keep its shared entry available.
Information stored only on your phone is not deleted by a cloud account request. Remove it by clearing Quick Pay UG’s app storage or uninstalling the app. Google may retain data it processes for ads, Play billing, security, or legal compliance under its own policies.
Delete selected synced data
To remove selected information without deleting your account, delete the saved merchant from Saved Merchants or remove the activity entry from Activity while signed in. The app syncs those removals to your cloud backup. To withdraw a merchant from the shared directory, turn off Share with Quick Pay users in that merchant’s edit screen. This does not remove an entry that other users still contribute.
